MEDA MP3 Splitter 3.1

MEDA MP3 Splitter is a powerful tool that allows you to split MP3 files into smaller pieces of either equal or custom size. This MP3 Splitter tool also includes a MP3 merger tool.
MEDA MP3 Splitter can also convert MP3 files to WAV files.

MEDA MP3 Splitter has a global wave form, you can double-click on it to add a block point, or drag the block point to set the position. MP3 Merger is built in MEDA MP3 Splitter.

An MP3 player is also build-in. You can listen to the file while using the included playback capability and then split it by time and section as needed. And it has a intuitive interface, great to view and edit the MP3 file.

You can change the color for the wave-form, there are two themes for the wave-form you can choose from. MEDA MP3 Splitter supports APE format, this tool will automatically convert your APE file into MP3 format before you load it.
